★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang untuk bukak buku acc adik, masuk2, after check mysejahtera. Terus disuruh isi borang bukak acc secara online... Mintak tunjuk ajar... Tetapi staff menjawab acuh tak acuh. Bile page loading, saya bertanya, Di jawabnya dengan selamba line phone awak tu problem without tngok muka saya... Staff jaga depan suruh saya tanya staff yg bukak acc tu, untuk isi secara manual.. Bile saya mintak izin mintak bukak manual... Kalau boleh online... Isi online, same tone, same body language as before... Datang Sebelum pukul 3... Siap bukak buku hampir pukul 5...itupon staff yg bertugas tu siap kehulu kehilir... Siap bergambar dengan staff2 lain... Berborak bagai... Serius, service bank paling TERUK pernah dapat... LAMBAT, BIADAP, KOMUNIKASI OUT, Nasib baik xpernah terjebak kene bukak acc bank CIMB ni... Adik jelah yg kena hadap terima service sampah ni,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother to come here if you want to open new account for banking, i asked the counter before queuing, after queuing for a hour, they not allow you to open new account for no reason even you provide all the documents they asked for, such as Birth Certificate, Income Statement, Local Residence Address etc, keep your money samewhere else, its not worth it. in case you wanted to know who made the decision of denying my request, it's the manager of the branch yesterday.
