โ โ โ โ โ the only full service cimb branch to open on weekends. friendly and responsive service at all touch points. managed to finally sort out my atm card, which i suspect was from PJ Uptown branch as that was my last interaction with humans at cimb.
staff took the effort to sort the mess out and instantly provided remedy to ensure this atm mix up issue doesnt happen agian. thanks. i went very early (9:30am Sunday) so no queue, quiet, no crowds.
