โ โ โ โ โ Bad customer service, just need to get a signature and bank official stamp for BRN form, but I need to provide an official letter to meet the officer?
All the required information already printed in hard copy for bank reference, and they should already has the information in their system but customers still need to face this stupid bureaucracy.

โ โ โ โ โ Wow.... unbelievable service can't complaint at all.... Solved my financial needs from them within seconds. I think this should be their branch manager had trained them well and treat their customer right.
I will come back to this branch again in near future.
