★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than 3 times i went here for ASB matters, the person manning the counter apparently was only one person and his/her lunch break differ EVERY DAY. I even came at 12PM and waited until 1:30PM. 12pm until 1:30pm lunch hour break? Really?? I came once at 12:30pm, asked me to come back at 2pm? I’d love to apply job at this specific branch since the lunch break is long. ? Wasting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a very regular client of this bank. As we are a forwarding agent, we have many transactions that required to use banker's cheque. Everyday, we are only allowed to take 1 bankers form from this bank. The one staff at the front desk will usually brush us off or shows her frustration because we "keep requesting" for bankers form. Nobody seems able to do anything, even the branch manager thinks this is the right way we should be treated.
