★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really dissapointed today.. I'm queued by 8am n more before me... We almost 200 ppl gather by 9.00am to but by unrespectful attitude of employee that distribute forms (throw thru floor bottom shutter) is make us pull each other n grab the form..we're your customer.. Should we treat like this??... All are struggle to pick the form floor.. No queue after.. All shouting n 9.10 one staff came into crowd n just collect 20 forms from those are near to enterence door (thy could be just reached place )... N 9.20 another staff came out n told everyone that their system offline from yesterday night ....why thy can't paste a simple notice that they can't perform renew card today other than distributing forms thru floor n no numbers for ppl's turn at all?? Finally with no choice thy collected all our forms back and said pls do followup with cimb whether our card is rdy or not... but still doubt how thy will perform each of our applucation n distribute the new cards for us...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is okay lah even took so long to make my new debit card and also they staft very friendly especially the famale staft she so kind, she teach me when I don't know something I don't. Good service but improve the time okay because some customer they don't want to waiting too long. Hopefully you can improve the management services.
