β β β β β Customer enquires is not attended professionally. Called morning to branch to request statement for closed account for police investigation and they ask me to contact General line because they are loan department.
Called General line the operator ask to go home branch which I called earlier! Then she check for me that I can go today before 4.30pm & collect on the spot due to my case.
Reach CIMB & queue & ask the customer enquiry regarding my matter. She told me that SOMETIMES GENERAL LINE DON'T KNOW! So are you telling all your customer that the general line is not useful at all and is not reliable?
Then she show me she cannot print the statement because is close and balance is 0.00 then she ask me to look for officer and say if they can print the OK la if not have to wait also.
Worst service given by CIMB

β β β β β Really disappointed with the customer service. Really really bad. I went there to reopen my closed account, they asked me several documents. I went there 3 times to fulfil what they asked and all were completed. But they rejected. They made anything more difficult for customer unnecessarily and unwilling to make favor for customer. I decided to change bank for saving

β β β β β went on 6th October 2021. I was stopped at the main entrance and were told that they were closed as there was a blackout. Then i noticed the air conditioning was functioning and lights were turned on. Then I called them the next day (call on the 6th but claimed that the phone was not functioning too) and no one was picking up. I have been dealing with CIMB and sorry to say I see no improvements and still the worse bank ever.

β β β β β Unbelievable service! Was denied access to enter to get my debit card just because I didn't have a pen with me. They guy at the front desk disrespectfully was clicking his pen and refusing to allow me to enter just because I had no pen with me. When I asked I had no pen. He told me to go to 99 speedmart to get one. Such poor attitude and service. Never going to set foot there. Please rectify your staff
