★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The counter tell didn’t issue me a number for me and asked me to go to 1st floor looking for a guy named Cook Azi, but after waiting for 45 minutes. The front counter teller keep on ask me to wait. At the end they said the officer went out, and ask me to wait until him to come back! My God, the entire bank and only one person knows how to open the account??!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst services given. There is an old man working there without knowing how to respectfully talk to customer. Queue Ticket doesn't work and he can ask 'Nak Apa?'. Please send them to Customer Service course or hire better person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even a star for the bad service. Went to open account and requested cheque book, told me shall received within 8 working days. When I called back to check the progress after 8 days without receiving it, they told didn't received my request at all. So I would have to go multiple times to get ONE cheque book, super troublesome and no one apologize for the mistake at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please update your office hours when actually you are closing your office from 25th August. Previously I went to Cimb nusa bestari but come to dissapppointment as it is close. But in google it is writing as 'Open'. I dont want to waste my time to just come here but doing nothing.

Hopefully HQ can terminate the 2 arrogant queue number staffs who were on duty on the 10/6/2022 morning session, who don't seem to know the normal SOP for opening a regular saving account, putting unnecessary obstacles and asking ridiculous questions just to open a regular saving account in order to deter people from opening an account with their BRANCH.
I went to PERLING branch to try my luck and open one without the slightest hitch
minus the annoying interrogation.
