★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is rude and not helpful. Asking me like I'm a kid. I just want to print company bank statement, so hard and left with empty handed. So hard just to get a single page of bank statements. I'm going to change my bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hard to open company account, nonsense need the company sec to do exact letter for them like the format while others bank is just ok with the company sec letter.thats y all my collage not prefer open cimb account.will also terminate my asb, loan and saving in cimb there.also i got current account there.staff not proper guide.many time need to bring documents.not helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Came To Open An Account At 2pm. We Waited Outside For 30mins. I Checked The Door No 'Closed' Sign & I Read Through The Operation Hours No Timing For Lunch Break. When It Gets Crowded 1 Staff Called Me In Checking The Status Of My Employers Company & My Employee Letter To Open An Account. I Thought We're Opening An Account Turns Out He Tryna Sold Me Their Banking Package Till My Lunch Hour Ended I Told Him That & Asked How Much Longer Does I Have To Wait To Open My Acc? The Officer Who Supposed To Handle Account Opening Is On Lunch Hour But Mine Just Ended. I Didnt Even Had My Lunch Neither Opened An Account. They Should Have Informed Us Earlier Then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been waiting for 1hour here but no one told you what to do for next and the whole bank really seems like a Pasar without systematic workflow. Some customers spending a lot of time in 1 counter and is like chatting there but back there got customer in query. However the bank employees doesn't seems like want to stop and let the customer behind come forward only the customer who they chatting at realized and leave at the time.
