★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very terrible service. Got number at 2.45pm, now 3.10pm still waiting. Counters are 5, but working people only have 2. It's already over lunchtime and the amount of customers are VERY little. What is wrong with this bank??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below expectations experience from the bank teller at the banking hall.... previously no issues but lately the bank teller very poor knowledge in transactions....and made me wait long time. And she has to ask supervisor how to do the transactions.....CIMB TTDI please train your staff properly....secondly is made some comments about my personal data...what has mydata got to do with my transaction????I am not taking a loan...I just wanna do my transaction using MY MONEY from MY ACCOUNT....... absolutely lousy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cimb is the worst ever, in the process of deposit the money through the machine and out of nowhere the machine shows out of service. My money gone just like that and they mention it takes 5-7 working days to deposit my money into the account. Honestly, please cancel everything you have from cimb. It has happen to me more than 2 times. I'm not taking any more risk with them. Don't even deserve any star for this service

Suggestion to CIMB HQ: If you can send me SMS about promos, surely you can advise me to avoid your branches due to wait times or use the app to notify.
