Coin deposit machine always down. Disappointing service. Again and again. Really useless staffs who gives incorrect misleading information. And the admin doesn't seem to bother. Staffs at the counter seen scratching the face and nose and everything and handling customers at the same time without handrub after that. Disgusting

Only cimb in penang that has coin deposit machine. Called this morning to ask if the machine is working.. Officer said yes. Went there 1hr later... System down. Stupid system!

Always deposit my coins here, never encounter any problem with the coin deposit machine However, do call before you go as the machine has quota, once full then come tommorow as what the Customer Service told me

CIMB bank service not really meet my expectation. Took 1.5 hour for just for debit card renewal?! haha

THE WORST CIMB BANK SERVICE ( Prangin Mall Branch ) EVER! ONE HOUR PLUS! ( I can do many things during that HOUR! ) Arrived at 1241 HRS, I politely spoke to the security about the process and should get a number for the queue? HE RESPONDS TO ME "THE PERSON WILL COME AND DEAL WITH YOU" I seated and keep wait for a long time till found out the queue is the only one access to the counters and those who use ATM no need to queue! I went back to the security ( SHUKRI ) and I said there was no one will come to deal with me. He responded to me with no manners and show his cute palm towards my face. It was unclear instruction given & also did not comply with the COVID-19 SOP such as the No Social Distancing among the security with customers during IN & OUT. The TWO MYSEJAHTERA CODE only display at the glass door which does not make sense because everyone needs to overpass the others queue. The bank should place a standing sign with the MYSejahtera QR code and also the line created by them does not indicate which is the line for ATM OR COUNTERS? There is two security inside the branch from third-party services BOTH OF THEM RUDE! ( Especially SHUKRI ) and another one heading to the CIMB customer service desk tell lies by accused me of " I refused to queue " and called me out as " rude" in their language. However, there's a staff in Grey Shirt who seems to want to calm down the situation but did not take the statement for the overall incident that happen during the time. It was a devastating outcome to see that person did not take any action at least take my statement what happened rather than listening from one side. I demand an explanation and a public apology from the CIMB BANK. Thank You for the GREAT SERVICE as you CARE with your customer service.
