Everything have to done through front counter and there is only 2 counter open at lunch time. I had been waited 1h and not yet been served. The branch is so huge but all customer have to wait at front counters. Not acceptable.

Today 1st day open for notes exchange for cny. Citibank shd expect long queue but only operate 2 out of 4 counters. I have to keep topping up my car park voucher hour by hour. So frustrating. Not meeting international cuatimer service level at all.

Called citibank Penang at the phone number given. I just wanted to know if Citibank was operating during the usual banking hours or had changed the operating hours due to MCO. Only got a computer answering machine asking me to key in my ID etc. and asking me various identifying questions. I couldn't get a straight answer to a simple question. I am a customer, it would be a double headache for any non - customer of Citibank. It was really bad.

Called Citibank to enquire credit card statements .But the call was transfer to computer to answer. I didn't get the answer and wasting my time in there. From my point of view Citibank giving a poor service and a lot of trouble for the customer just for the simple clarification. It's very bad service.

Lousy automated phone service. Takes you on a merry go round. Imagine getting a rude citiphone officer named Gabby after the waiting. Lost her patience and reluctance to help because I unfortunately picked the wrong option that led to her. After 30 years, time to move on to another bank. The service getting worse over time. Another whole different nightmare story with over the counter service in Penang.

Services from kl regarding credit card are getting deplorable Need a new credit card as I lost mine and blocked it .went 2 times to the bank in penang for help to get a new card . Of course need to calk kl .. and been told ok new card will be issue. After 3 weeks still no card went back for help been told it takes 2 working weeks for new card from kl .Now 1month and still no new card even it says in my account need to activate the new card .at the bank I'm penang they help me make a calk to kl and there been told no card been send since account was blocked .so will make a card and send to me need to wait 1 week . I think it is totally unacceptable sutch king of service . Why does it say on my account to activate the new card if it never was made ?????have no words for this
