★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my Citroen DS3 for service on 27th May 2017. Service was Ok. But was told that my brake pad and disc needs to be changed. Spare was not available so they had to order, servixe advisor Zul told that they would contact me once they have the parts (was told it would take maximum of 1 week).
After a week, I gave them a call to check. Spare was still not available. Again been told it would take another week to order.
After another week, same drill. Called them and been told that the parts are still not with them.
Well, now it is coming up to almost 2 months and still no parts. Amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made appointment for car service on Wed 18/4. Appointment was not noted down in their schedule when I arrived. Left car for service, was told it will be done by Thursday. Today is Friday, I just called and they told me they have not even started! They say they need to work on the cars that was scheduled for service first. Firstly, I did make an appointment! and it is their fault that they did not register the appointment. Secondly, I saw a list of about 10 cars for Wed when I was there. Why are they working so slowly?! Companies like Hondas or Toyotas goes service through 5x more cars in a single morning!
I trully think Citroen is a good car, but for their customer service, I do not recommend buying citroen in Malaysia!

-Technician left the vape in my car. Which mean technician smoke in the service bay area? Or inside my car? Does it allow to smoke at service bay area?
-Simply stick the service reminder sticker on my windscreen.
-Asked to check alignment & balancing, but after i drive a while, the tyre pressure alert lights on, after i check the tyre pressure then i realize the pressure is over 300++ Does it consider dangerous? Normally i pump 230 front & 210 behind.
