★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won a free ground arrangement for 2 adults voucher to krabi 4d3n..But instead I still have to pay for ground tour cost RM1314.. the voucher info is misleading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We won 2 adult vouchers to Krabi 4D3N this year at wedding fair. However, we still have to pay for the tour processing fee (RM100/pax) and tips (RM120/pax) for tour guide which is COMPULSORY BEFORE we are going to Krabi. This doesn't make any sense which I pay the tips before trip. Besides, the agent doesn't inform us that we are shared tour with other groups of people and the tour guide are different for every day. Bad experience joining 4D3N tour in Krabi.
