I come ask for repair of my watch which bought at another city chain outlet. My watch was excess the warranty period. And have to pay for repairing. But the staff didn't ask me anything about the watch before they issue me the receipt of deposit pay. When i ask for the reason of poor quality of the "brand". She is blame on me saying that i didn't inform them i got sent my watch to claim warranty before.
How did i know i need to report everything before i pay for repairing? Yay staff didn't ask me so, but ask me to know all your procedure by myself?
