★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to courier anything to Kuantan, please try dun use City Link Kuantan, is very slow service, the parcel had been arrived on 8 June 2021 but until 17 June 2021 my customer still haven't received it, try to call office got people pick up, but they keep answer me need to ask the driver!! Their system is very bad!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. No one is around to assist. Never pick up call. Pushes customer back & forth. Never called when failed delivery, no memo. Had to wait for a long time when theres no queue at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very very very poor performance. The item arrived at the facility on 25th Feb at 8 AM but not yet sent out for delivery until 11 AM on 26th Feb. That was after I called them asking the item whereabouts. At 6 PM of the day, still not yet received the item, the last call was made at 5 PM and the response was so lazy answer, "runner dah keluar, nanti sampai la barang tu". Very bad, I hope to sue them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow delivery. Don't use it if you're in hurry. The tracking number shown it's on the deliver man's hand, the other day it mentioned shipper decided to deliver item later. Err?? I asked the shipper they didn't even said that to citylink! How could y'all done this by yourself without asking the shipper.
Luckily I called KL customer service to settle it and get my parcel on time.
2 ⭐️ is for the customer service. Not the delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i come to pickup my parcel after 4 days it not be delivered.. call the office about 20 times but its never been pickup..after i arrived there was no staff in there.. its 2.30 pm.. and then come the staff, i said i want to pick up my parcel.. it take 1 hour to search it.. it never been found even the in the tracking system said it was there.. the staff said to me she will call me back once she found it or not.. till now i didnt received any call.. the worst service courier ever
