β β β β β 12/08/2021 my parcel in system out for delivery, but until now 14/08/2021 my parcel still out for delivery, not yet delivered, i call many times city link hotline,but no people answer! And i check again ,my parcel unsuccessful to deliver,because my office close 8.01am 14/08/2021 ,why no people call me??? Our security guard can receive our stafff parcel! Poor service!!!! Never use city link again!!!!! Pakof!

i go to warehouse to collect because i havent received my parcel after about one monthοΌthen in the system they update ,by courier ,package delivered instead of self collect by customerοΌ

β β β β β Been calling main telephone number from morning till afternoon still no one pick up the phone, is there anyone working in the office? I need the parcel urgently and want to come to collect my own but how to get my parcel when such service is so lousy? Seems like customer service not bother on customer satisfaction. So called No. 1 courier service company??!! Who gives that rating? ????. Even the CEO of this CITILINK also don't even bother to read the review.

β β β β β I had been waiting in Dataran Citylink from 9.30am to 11.30am ... they cant even find my parcel which they already scanned this morning 4.05am.... called customer service nobody pick up the calls... called branch, answered and straight away hang up... the best part while i'm waiting here for two hours, but the receptionist doesnt feel any urgency and keep saying dont know this and that. seriously? i cant believe citylink have such bad services and cant even allocate parcels.... if couldnt allocate parcels, dont call yourself Malaysia's No.1 courier shipping.... kinda embarrassing...

β β β β β my purchased items have been stucked for the past 2 weeks in their hub. my supplier have been trying to reach out to them and they have been giving so many excuse. My supplier have even resubmit a new invoice as they said they have lost the original ones(only after our call), with empty promises that they will expedite the shipment out by 29/7 midnight. but till today still no changes to the movement and they are not contactable. PLEASE BE MORE RESPONSIBLE CITYLINK AS YOU USED TO HAVE SUCH A REPUTABLE IMAGE AS A COMPANY. KINDLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND BE HONEST IN THE WORK.
