★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday on Wednesday (27 September 2017) I waited for my package from morning to night (yes, i waited even at night) from courier BPH00092, only to receive an update by the end of the day "Receiver Not in - Will collect at Station" at 8.58pm.? I only heard a honk once at that time (not sure if it was from citylink or from another vehicle passing by) and quickly checked my front gate but there was no one. No one even pressed the door bell at the gate, and no phone call either. It's not very convenient for me to go pick up the parcel myself because we are a one car family & my husband comes back home from work late everyday & my toddler is difficult to handle in public. Which is why i was so anticipating my package to make sure i don't miss it. But i still do despite diligently waiting in the living room. SAD.

I Called more then 10 times everyday to ask why is my parcel is stucked in your office for 3days??? My parcel is a PLANT if it's DAMAGED CAN YOU REFUND IT?
