★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m waiting for a parcel to be received, which was posted on 29/6 From seremban and the last tracking shows depart to Gelang patah at 6.03am on 30/6. There is no update till today’s date 2/7. When I call the Gelang patah branch, no one is picking up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service. 2nd time encounter such a bad service. Parcels have been 3rd day with delivery courier, no delivery. Called HQ cust service, no report has made to Gelang Patah branch, just asked me call to Gelang Patah branch. Told HQ cust service Gelang Patah branch no pick up call. HQ cust service say "today or tomorrow will deliver, they will schedule". Called Gelang Patah branch, no pick up, hang up phone; call again and again, no pick up. Are you guys working?
1st time parcel not deliver, but status changed to delivered. After call HQ cust service, the next day only deliver the parcel.
Citylink, you are really like other user's comment, worst company.
