★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The item arrived at the kemaman office on Thusrday. Did not recieve my parcel until Monday. Went to the office to pick up the item. The item out for delivery. Still waiting for the item... Very POOR service. Better use PosLaju. Highly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ City Link is still my favourite courier logistic since 2014 until to date but for this Kubang Kurus Branch, you are my 6th branch in my all and all branches in Terengganu and Kelantan so far I have dealt along to deliver my parcel. As always less than 24 hours my documents will be received by recipients. I know even though for some people they claim it is normal and not a big issue for a delivery to any place in Klang Valley but the nightmare experiences has reverted me to City-Link when I had switched to several logistic providers temporarily. Please keep the momentum and excellent service to retain me being one of your loyal customers. Okkeh....?
Notakaki: Terima kasih kpd staffs anda sebab koyakkan seal parcel gantikan parcel baharu untuk masukkan my miss out dokumen. FREE OF CHARGE...Good dealing dengan customer. Dok perlu saya buat second postage...Syukran... ??
