★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst courier service ever existed. According to the tracking information my parcel arrived on 1/7/2021 at 930am. I thought it was going to be delivered on the same day. On 3/7/2021 city link padang tembak kota bharu kelantan called me to pick up my parcel. Hello i paid for the delivery why should i go to pick up the parcel. However i went to the office since i wanted to complain about the service. When i asked the front desk girl she nonchalantly told me that the parcel arrived late on 1/7 the delivery man was already out. And Saturday is their half day. Excuse me. How did you train your staff city link? City link padang tembak doesn't deserve even one star. Thumbs down to city link padang tembak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An agent was failed to deliver my consignment due to unable to locate my address. I suggested to send my location but he was using a basic phone. Thus, I have to collect it at the warehouse.
Need improvement to compete with other competitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ better put this company in the "Top 5 worst couriers in the world"..the sender posted the item using city-link on 16 dec 2021 and my parcel has been returned after a few weeks and sender posted it again..but now the funniest part is i don't know where my parcel is until now 26 feb 2022..good game!
