โ โ โ โ โ Very poor service. My parcel reach nibong tebal on 10 april 2020 until now 20 april still no receive. There is no one can deliver if delivery man is on leave. Customer service also bad. Please dont use this kind of service to make customer troublesome. Pay for the courier service fee feel no worth!!! Zero star

โ โ โ โ โ Seller ship on same day I make purchased (22 May 2021). Parcel arrived at City-Link Nibong Tebal a day after (23 May 2021). But no update since that. Better use J&T, Pos Laju, GDEX and Ninja Van.

โ โ โ โ โ Delivered my parcel to wrong address. Customer service also very slow. I called 5 times then only can speak to them, actually after i lost my temper then only can speak to them. Very unprofessional. Wait until evening still no update then i need to called the responsible branch (Nibong Tebal) to asked on the status. The answer was very unacceptable. They cant contact the delivery man/lady as he/she was on leave. Suddenly late evening the parcel was present at my front yard. It was throw from outside of my gate. It took around 2m from the gate & where the parcel landed. Very3 poor service. The management better have corrective & good preventive action as i saw other reviews also not good. Well, dats my 1st & last using city link service!
