Stuck at the centre, took effort to visit centre to self collect parcel but they couldn’t find it after almost one hour waiting outside the centre. They promised to send on that next day but, none! Called to follow up, no results. Experienced twice very very poor service with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor logistics, they badly need a good loading zone to load packages. Their computer system was stalling and I had to wait for a while for the system to reboot before the personnel can help me. Also must remember to have your own envelope, they don’t provide envelopes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very BAD service. My shop is closed, but I'm in the shop waiting for the parcel, the driver never call me when he arrive, maybe he thought shop is closed so he straight away left. He should call me, I'm waiting. After couple days, I called the office decided to tell them no need to send the parcel ald, I will pick up the parcel myself at office, but they never answer the phone. My parcel arrived SP so many days ald, I still haven't receive yet. So so so BAD.

My parcel was send on 23th suppose I received on 25th. The driver tick as the item send and I have to argue with my sender. Once I call then only they act and mention to me the situation. And they deliver the parcel on 29th.
Kindly improve your delivery skill and timing too.
