1 star is given to management side.
They "picked up" my call and then hang up IMMEDIATELY !

1. Very hard to pick up call.
2. No response from customer service. No one bother to pick up calls.
3. The delivery very very very slow.
Please refrain from using their service..you will end up getting worst experience.

โ โ โ โ โ After Cj century no more recruit 3rd party driver to helps them collect for the lazada order, everything is really going worst. Inconsistent pick up schedule, dishonest pick up driver who always provide excuse by not coming to collect the parcel. As a lazada seller its really unfair to us as at the end we will be the one complaint by the customer if the parcel not arrived on time.

โ โ โ โ โ Literally the worst courier in the world, never answer the call of customer hotline and keep auto reply at fb and email. Two week alrd, but parcel still stucking at hub yet to deliver.

โ โ โ โ โ Very slow delivery service. Status shown item unloaded at their Bangi Hub more than 1 week and no update at all. Emailed them no reply. Called their hot line for few days no one pick up.
