★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very bad and rude service! I called they pickup the phone just to hang up. Once they thought of transfered my call and keep talking about lemang?!?! I pay for the service, if you could at least just tell me wether or not to pickup the parcel is okay already. Its been more than a week in their transit and the item have been pickup by their company since 7th may already. I have waited this long for more than a month for this parcel from china.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst ever i see the logistic company i face, email no response, item was keep for over 2 weeks and now still at their warehouse.
The hotline is very hot, not 1 will answer the call. email no reply, no where to communicate. item pending over 2weeks and not willing to deliver. No where to find my parcel.
make me lost money in my business during MCO!!! horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish this courier never existed. One of the worst and most poor courier ever. Their phone lines are always busy no matter what time you try to call which is really weird. Email there's NO support at all and my parcel hasn't been updated for 6 days straight. No other courier has ever been this terrible. Sadly, this isn't just me who's facing the same problem but others as well. There's no way to avoid this courier if you were to buy an item from china as it randomly selects a courier and ships. This is the longest I had to wait for a parcel. Funny thing is, they're located in johor and I'm in johor, 4 days no update and no attempts to deliver. If 0 stars was possible, I'd rate this courier 0. Waste of time. It stresses you out.
