โ โ โ โ โ If you are thinking of buying any equipment from this company, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I purchased an industrial oven in September 2021 and ever since it was delivered to me it has been giving problems, at first a problem literally every week and now almost every month. Not only that, trying to get someone to respond to my call/WhatsApp regarding these issues takes forever and I have to keep calling and calling every day to remind them to send a technician over. The technicians are very good but it is the people working in the office, namely Jenny, Alice, and Nicholas from the Cheras branch who just never seem to do their work. I suspect they have given me a faulty oven unit and are refusing to take responsibility for the issues and are purposely ignoring my calls.
