★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are thinking of buying any equipment from this company, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I purchased an industrial oven in September 2021 and ever since it was delivered to me it has been giving problems, at first a problem literally every week and now almost every month. Not only that, trying to get someone to respond to my call/WhatsApp regarding these issues takes forever and I have to keep calling and calling every day to remind them to send a technician over. The technicians are very good but it is the people working in the office, namely Jenny, Alice, and Nicholas from the Cheras branch who just never seem to do their work. I suspect they have given me a faulty oven unit and are refusing to take responsibility for the issues and are purposely ignoring my calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking kitchen equipment..i recommended you to visit this shop..a lot of option from low to high end especially if you in the mids running food business.. the most important things staffs here very friendly and can advise you which ia the best and also about food business Malaysia law that some dun know. Easy to find and covenience parking space. Good items and good deal too..4 stars overall based on my experience there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst after sale service, especially from ms Tu, doesn’t listen to customer’s problem, all she knows how to talk. Talk that don’t even make sense. On the phone and in person also super rude. Pls quit u make the company look bad. JUST GO TO OTHE SHOP BETTER SERVICE AND BETTER PRICE TOO.
