★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you read the T&C and all the fine prints carefully. Do not sign anything if you disagree. The employees are not trained nor educated to highlight any hidden costs especially when you leave your machine to them for Service Maintenance. Official Complain lodge..but The Sales manager didn’t handle the situation tactfully and professionally. My advise is, as an ordinary consumer using the Illy Coffee Machine, it’s best to give this a pass as their after sales service is extremely terrible. In conclusion, horrible horrible customer service.

Will order again for sure!
