★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay 1 night here. Service is good & Jay very friendly person. Room is clean, smells good, aircond cold & comfort bed. Near to restaurants & shops so issue to find foods & shopping. Couldn't ask more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: clean room and bathroom, wooden flooring, comfort bed, in room Iron and iron board, free 3 in 1 coffee, fresh towel, air conditioned, hot shower, good water pressure, blackout curtain, flat screen TV, free basement parking, covered parking but not secured, elevator, rain shower, convenient store namely NC Mart at ground floor which accept touch n go e-wallet.
Cons: not secured parking, no security guard at building anyone can come and knock your door, very bad sewerage odor at basement parking
I'm satisfied with the price, thanks and will come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the new rooms, comfortable bed & it's convenient location to eateries with just 5-minutes walk to Siti Kathijah Market. Parking is free & available at the property basement car park. Property manager, Mr.Jay has good customer service. I stayed on 15th.Aug,2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Homestay feeling, cosy and warm. Even-though a bit old, maintenance quite good. No much complaint, because Mr Jay always giving tiptop service??
I always stay there for a week for business purpose

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is spacious and fully equipped with basic necessities like water kettle, hanger and hair dryer. Love the location because it's near to market. Went during Ramadan time and in the evening they have bazaar Ramadan nearby
