★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called up their Facebook HP number to inquire about kids piano class & possible of an assessment for my kids. Conversation with a Male teacher was informative.
He told me personnel from Taman Anggerik Perdana will contact me.
A lady named Lilian whatsapp me to arrange for a site visit to Taman Anggerik Perdana branch.
I reached there as per arrange but was told that their teachers were all very busy. Yes, I didn't mentioned the world "Assessment" in my message but i did mentioned piano assessment via the phone conversation.
The front desk lady kept insisting her teachers were very busy & told me to give her a time to arrange. When I said tomorrow (Sat) then once again she told me Sat all her teachers very busy. I drove down all the way to hear her say "My teachers are very busy". I understand Teachers are busy, but the way she presented herself could Irks any potential customer.
By now, I find it meaningless to continue any conversation with this Lilian. This is my first hand experience & last contact with this Music school. Just a reference for oncoming parents. Given a choice, I will not give a single star.
