★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made appointment with Liyana (Sales Representative) for deep sanitisation work last week (25/3) (due to C19 +ve case) at home. Two staffs came over this morning (29/3) with their tools and equipment. Friendly staffs that greets you as well.
Staffs (fully suited with plastic protection) went on to explain the process of what they will be doing etc. (i.e first wipe the house common areas (door knobs, staircases etc) then will mopped the floor with their solutions. The misting process will take in the final end, where the doors and windows must be closed shut. Whoever is in the house must vacate outside (wait outside with mask on).
Overall sanitisation took around 1 hour plus and I am pleased with their service. Payment can be made over bank transfers (which I did).
Staffs came out soaking wet (as they are fully suited with plastics) and I gave them some 100Plus to drink.
If you have Covid19 +ve case at home, look no further, get them in to do the cleaning so you can have a peace of mind, knowing your loves one are protected (after someone recovered).
I would recommend using Clean Hero anytime! Thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did house sanitisation and carpet cleaning total 6 units. Service rendered was excellent from the first enquiry to job completion. All works accomplished were very detailed. 1 carpet was not completed well and I was worried it has been ruined. However the professional team rise to the challenge and the carpet turned out amazingly well done for the second time. Good rate, professional and attentive to customer grievances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my car cushion cleaning at CleanHero Bangi. Great ambience while waiting in the air-conditioned waiting area. They have temperature checking and MySejahtera code ready to check in when you're there. Water and some snacks (maggi cup!) to ensure that you will not be hungry while watching tv, read the books or just enjoying the WiFi connection while doing tasks on your laptop. They also accept payment via e-wallet and online platform if you're not carrying cash. Well that's basically me. Mostly using cards and e-wallet only. ? Will visit again or book for them to come to my place to clean my sofa, carpet and mattress. Thank you.
