★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many unhygienic patrons wash their floor mats and carpets in the 14kg washer despite the notices on the washers. Lack of shop supervision and enforcement, no way to report such cases. If the management can't solve this by enforcement, I suggest to allocate two 14 kg washers and dryers for soiled garments, floor mats and carpet.
