โ โ โ โ โ Washer no 1, after washed, the clothes still wet, then put to dryper to dry. After dried, the clothes still not dry ?? Very wasted my time, i need to dry 1 more time, wait for another 24 mind & pay another RM4

โ โ โ โ โ I am a regular customer ever since its opening but the staff, hired to comply with SOP, is not helpful and is very rude, it was just 9pm and my drying need 45 mins since I have heavy clothes. The staff seeing me adding time, try to stop me and even threatened to off the drying machine halfway as the shop is closing at 10pm and he needs to leave on time. Seriously wth. To the owner, I can only say I won't be coming back to your shop until this matter is resolved. Good luck to you seeing your customer got chased away one by one. I wish you the best.
