one of the best places to do your laundry although it is quite pricey, but it air conditioned and clean :)

Can pay using paywave, credit card or debit card. Good. But sometimes not working. Thats y did not get 5 stars. Hope can improve.

One of my fav spot for doing fast laundry. It has a lot of machines and can even use card for payment. Super easy! While waiting, u can hv a quick bite at nearby kedai mamak. Also got 7-11 next to it, of u wanna find things to munch while waiting ?

Today, 31/8/2020, i used machine no.2 which is for 9kg load. I paid via debit card. The amount of rm6 been charged but the machine won’t work. I have to manually change some coins and paid for the service. Please check your debit card terminal!

Good and clean place. Convenient payment option too. Only tend to get crowded especially if it is rainy season.

Randomly selected laundromat as we had to wash two large duvets, too much weight for our home washer & dryer. Place was pleasantly clean, organised and best of all, machines support PAY WAVE with clear simple step by step instructions on the terminal itself ?. It is also possible to pay with coins. There is a convenient coin changer (detergent/softener vending machine) should it be necessary. Ample clean tables/benches and air conditioning at a very comfortable temperature (not too cold/warm), making wait more pleasant. Good working environment, should you need to work whilst waiting. RM11 for 25kg washer and RM4.50 for dryer, each 23mins cycle. Detergent and softener included (look out for the indicator on machines). Interestingly enough, i ran into a situation and had to call customer service. If there is a need to escalate an issue, stay calm and have the information below at hand as it will help to make escalation effective: 1. Mention caller name 2. Outlet location (this instance Sect 6 @ KD) Take note of outlet number. This information may be found on bright red plaque displaying customer service contact number (to the left of). Look up as you enter main entrance. This specific outlet no is 244. 4. Issue 5. Machine number (each machine has a unique number, in large print). 6. Last 4 digits of debit/credit card number (if applicable). Call was effectively and professionally handled by Cik Zee. Almost immediately after call ended, i received a text requesting for the information below as my issue was overpay. Cleanpro Express Pls reply within 3 days Outlet : ce244 Name : Acc bank : Bank : Amount : (overpay amount) Investigation was complete within about 1hr from call. Cik Zee sent a text with clear printout as proof on how much was dispensed on machine and difference (as accounted by machine tracking system), seeking my agreement to continue with refund. This was followed up with call. Unfortunately i was otherwise occupied. Committed, she also WA me as means of getting through to me as quickly as possible. I was very impressed and happy with service handled by Cik Zee. Polite, efficient, prompt, committed and professional (keep at it!). Kudos to Cleanpro too as they have a good machine management/tracking system with clear printouts, less room for unneccesary disputes. Outlet operates 24hrs and is conveniently a few doors from a cafe, 7-11, restoran ayam kg, mamak should you be thirsty or hungry during wait (opening hrs apply).

I love this dobby. Clean, lot of washer and dryer. Have table and chair, easy for us to fold our cloth. Large parking space. Easy to find this place. And suprisingly, now we can pay wave using our creading or debit card, which is i thing it was so easy to use. I am highly recomend this dobby.
