β β β β β I picked up my second full spectrum infrared sauna from Willie last month and he offers a fantastic product and service. The Clearlight saunas are the best in the business by miles and Willie can help answer all your technical questions on them. He's very freindly and easy to talk to, always available on whatsapp whenever you have a question, will help with your installation and has provided us with spare parts and upgrades. Cannot recommend enough.

β β β β β It was an extremely pleasant experience purchasing the sauna and infrared system. I was initially worried about having it shipped from overseas and having to set it up on my own, but my worries were unfounded. The logistics were simple, delivered right to my door step, and the set up took only 40mins. I managed to set it up easily with the help of another friend. Instructions provided were also very clear. Customer service was also excellent. Totally Impressed!

β β β β β After months of research, I found that Clearlight is one of the top three infrared sauna brand. There is another sauna brand that has office in Singapore, but for this big (money paid and space taken) purchase I going to get a top quality product so a Clearlight sauna is my choice.
The business owner, Willie, answered all my queries patiently and professionally. I made the 1st down payment on a Tuesday and the item arrived 7 days later. The package is heavy. I find that bringing the package to my flat and setting up is a two person job. It took about two hours to finish setting up the Sanctuary 2 in my case.
My family has been using this for few weeks now. So far, we are all experiencing the benefits I came across on my research: deeper sweat, better sleep, cleaner skin. This is one of my big purchase and I'm glad I got it right.

β β β β β Almost been 1 year now and we still love it! We have the Sanctuary 1 and it fits perfectly in our bedroom, doesn't look out of place at all.
The cedar wood aroma when you walk into the Sauna is just as fresh now as the day we had it delivered. Speaking of delivery... Willie and crew did a great job gave us a bit of time as we wanted to photograph and identify the packaging for that day when we need to move house. It could be a bit tricky but with a few friends should be right.
The bluetooth work a treat.. put the laptop on a small coffee table at the door a watch an episode of TV series.. have got through some series this year :)

I have pleasant memories how your technical team had assisted me during the installation period as i did it - DIY. I was amazed when your team came back to me even after many months of usage to check on how we were doing with our Clearlight sauna. Very good after-sales service. Keep it up !

β β β β β I was about to make a purchase of a sauna unit (different brand) when I thought tht maybe I should just check out another brand just to make comparison β¦a sauna box is a sauna box after allβ¦boy was i wrong. But I m so glad I got in touch with Willie who have explained to me the technical details & all the benefits of IR sauna, the superiority in the design and overall quality of Clearlight over other brands.. plus, my sanctuary 1 looks very cool & modern and suits nicely with the look of my house modern interior.. I at least use it 3 times a week & feel amazing everyday.. I consider my Clearlight Sanctuary 1 as the best thing I purchased for my health & well being

Same enthusiasm and offering wider range of products now! The FIR sauna is still my best investment for my family's health as I've learned enough about the benefit of this amazing technology. It took me 6 months to compare the technical aspects of various brands before deciding to buy Clearlight Sauna. One of my consideration was the Lifetime warranty that's comes with the purchase.
The Technical Staffs installed the Sauna professionally, I must say. They also provided with some valuable tips. They responded promptly to my queries which deserves 5 Star rating. Great Customer Service!
It was a good decision to own a Clearlight Sauna.
