★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doctor, dares to subscribe XANAX to a person who has stomach issues. What kind of sick doctor does this to make money? No matter how experienced you are, you have no right to get people into addiction.
Not recommended! Do not let your elderly go to see this QUACK doctor alone! You've been warned!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is without question one of the best clinics in SP (the best in my book). The only downside are the number of customers here on a daily basis which means you could spend between 10 mins to 1.5 hrs waiting for your turn.
Dr. Quak is very professional and friendly towards his patients. He is also willing to check medications given to you by other clinics if you request for it. During the ‘coronavirus’ pandemic, he wears a facemask and washes his hands in front of his patients before attending to them. Cleanliness gives patient a good impression especially during this hard time hence the large number of loyal customers always visiting the clinic.
Unlike many clinics out there, Dr. Quak has good knowledge of many diseases out there and does not randomly prescribe anti-biotics or other unnecessary medication if he thinks it is not needed. There were several times where I visited him and ended paying only the consultation fee because the doctor deemed that my body was close to recovering from a disease so extra medications were not required.
Lastly is the price, you will find the cost here surprisingly cheap comparing to many clinics around here that focuses mainly on profits. At the end of the day, the combination of a good reputation, useful medication, professional consultation, and fair price will result in plenty of customers coming which is what this doctor has accomplished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undoubtedly one of the worst clinic in Sungai Petani, Clear lack of professionalism and simply dismiss symptoms as harmless, without further probing. The doctor also like to downgrade patients and insensitively joke about patient's symptoms. My cousin went in for vaccine consultation, but ended up getting scolded just because his school's vaccine requirement is extensive and he deemed them as unnecessary. Better refer to Dr Oliver in Metro hospital or klinik Dr Say as they are definitely better doctors.
