Very friendly and skillful staff
It is not as busy as the Damansara branch so the chiropractors spend more time for each clients to fix their problems
I am Totally satisfied with the results and will go there again

β β β β β I won't recommend anyone to come to this place and waste your money.Reason being I went in for backache and my backache got worse. I came back after 10 days because of the pain daily and told them about it, Fredrick Fong (the person in charge) was being unreasonable and rude when I was explaining my situation to him. He said it was normal and just asked me pay for another treatment session. And if I did pay and go for another session, there was no guarantee that my back will get better.

β β β β β All this seem like an unscientific scam. Literally, this owner minted millions by popularising himself on Facebook. Watching those testimonials many people feel happy & think it could benefit. I was one of them. I took my mid 50's mom. They gave an appointment & then they called. We went, a guy twisted, twirled, punched her & then said it's done. She's proper now. In just 20-25 minutes, charged 300RM. Gave some sticker to apply for 2 days. We were glad thinking she's done with lurking pain. No results.
Then we thought, we'll wait for a few more days to see the result. Been 3 months. NOTHING. In fact, her pain aggravated after that punches n hunches.
In fact, I feel bad for the elderly people who come there with the intention of getting a cure & go back with more pain than before.
This definitely gave the job opportunity to young men & women working there. And made the owner, I forgot his name. A rich guy. Then NOTHING.

Update: after follow up session still painful in fact nothings change. The sad thing is the follow up did the same exact thing but expecting different result. I thought the Master will treat me differently or do something special to help me but nope same thing. If u have minor pain u can go here, but for serious pain better go to the Dr or professional license physician. Regret, coming in with back pain leaving with slip disc.

β β β β β First, I would like to say the therapists here are excellent and the sessions were very helpful for me and my mother. As a result of a satisfactory session, we decided to buy a package of 5 sessions. As we know, during this MCO period the government discourages us from unnecessary activities and we should reduce contact with outsiders as much as possible. Complying with the government rules and wishing to contribute a small part in reducing the COVID spread, me and my mother have decided that going for a session would be indecent. But as our expiry date is on the 10th of July. I called up the center to request for a delay, at least until the MCO is over. The staff told me she was incapable of making such a decision and they had to ask the opinion of the higher management. after several weeks, there was no answer and i had to call them up again.
the staff told me that I had to contact the manager to request it myself, which I did. After listening to me, the manager allowed an extension of merely 1 week, which was the 17th of July. I was dumbfounded as my reason for delay was the ongoing MCO, and it doesn't end at least until the 16th. After stressing my concerns, the manager claims that they are open everyday regardless of MCO, and if I need it they can issue a letter for me.
I do not find the actions and decisions made by the management by this company reasonable and ethical, especially the attitude and mannerisms of the manager which left a bad taste in my mouth. Good service and product, bad management.

β β β β β Will not recommend this centre that only focus on making money and not for the wellness of people. My parent went to their Setia Alam outlet and after one session his condition worsen. Contacted this main branch and was shocked with the reply received that the Setia Alam branch is by different owner. It seems Chris Leong is just selling his name and not ensuring the quality of services given. Would suggest to see a proper doctor with the right qualifications rather than this actor who earned his fame thru videos on Facebook.

β β β β β Iβve called up for appointment then get denied for treatment because of non-vaccinated. I ask why need to be vaccinated only can get treatment, they said this is their companyβs rule. So they think vaccinated person will not spread Covid19 or get infected by Covid19, this is very naive and ignorance. Refuse giving treatment equally to every person especially those who needs are called discrimination.
When can we stop all this nonsense?!
