second, awful customer services as one of the staff told me that my complaint would not be valid as I haven't made a full payment for the first inccident.
after the first and second incidents, the owner resolved them immediately and apologized for what happened, which is great to have the owner called up himself. Nevertheless, two more unhappy experiences encountered with CLS yet to come.
fourth, three days before installation, the salesperson called and informed the hob installation will be delayed as the person took a few weeks off last minute. This is given already into the fourth week of full payment was made. Apparently. there's only one person in the whole company capable of hod installation.
fifth, when the installation day finally is here. The installation guys told me that all of the doors of cabinets are not ready. After 4 weeks of full payment made, yet, another delay.
Meaning we have to make another two arrangements after the installation day. Given the fact that I took a day off just for the installation plus totally of 4 weeks of leadtime since booking and payment was made, which seems totally ridiculous especially they mentioned it will take about 2 weeks for the cabinets to be ready but yet after four weeks there are so many delays.
Overall, the whole experience with CLS has been a pain and a big disappointment. Just wanted this whole thing to be over!
