★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall bad experience... poor workmanship with very low level of knowledge on wiring details and electronics in cars. On top of poor workmanship, they will fix your car with cable ties n double side tapes. You only find out after another pro workshop open it up. Total rubbish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a panel workshop for our motor insurance. I went to replace the cracked windshield. Service was very good and job well done. Thanks to Ms Pang (insurance agent) and Pn. Siti the front office clerk and special thanks to Mr. M.S. Chong. Two thumbs up???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi..my car was banged by a taxi.. its not easy if the 3rd party is either taxi,bus or motorbike. i went to Honda and because its taxi they asked me to pay first and claim later from 3rd party. I asked few panel workshops and its same story. One of my friend recommended CMS car express and immediately called the boss Mr Chong. He said he will help me.. after some consideration they decided to bear the cost of repair and will claim from taxi insurance later.. i got my car today after 6days..its minor damage (bumper,headlight,spray) quality of repair is good. I can't complaint much. Basically I am happy with the work. It seems that the workers never used my car for personal use (mileage usage < 1km).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for accident claim and repair as they are the Etiqa panel workshop. This workshop service is excellent as they are willing to go extra miles to source the parts and fulfil the repair requirements. Very satisfying experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My company work horse a white Mitsubishi Triton 2011 needed a makeover badly. Finally managed to send to CMS for respraying job. We are so happy with the workmanship and service accorded by the owner and Mr Chuah. The heavily oxidized headlamps and signal lights were polished like new, they even replaced the worn out number plates. Very happy with their service. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deeply disappointed and feel much regret sending car to this workshop for paint work. Can't do a proper job despite a very minor repair. Simply drill a hole on the panel without rust proofing, expose to the risk of panel rusting and potential water seep into the interior compartment. Complete job shown paint sagging /oversprayed/uneven clear coat etc. Engage Myanmarese low skill cheap labour for the job but bill high price. Overall customer experience is just sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my car for repair since September 2021 but up until now not settled. Had to borrow someone elses car for freaking 4 months which is so troublesome for other people. I’m not sure what are they doing with my car. Already ‘barai’ is it??? Wanna take up to 1 year to settle is it???
