★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have changed their staffs. The usual stuck up and obnoxious staffs have been replaced by a very friendly manager, Jia En and her wonderful, cheerful team, namely Boy, Udin and Zaim. I am certainly happy to patronize them now.

I heard she had worked at here many years already Like other customer said she giving u annoying face like u don't have money to pay. I ask her the price or other colors design she doesn’t want to respond also. her attitude really sucks . I hope Coach Management can take this situation seriously ! This kind of “old” staff need more training her customer service well !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad process, letting customers unreasonable queuing outside and waiting long, even just less than 6 to 8 customers in the shop! Can see the promoter just standing inside the shop like a statue but letting customer waiting outside the shop! Poor management!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coach GPO is located at Centre of all outlet, left side from the escalator before going to the cable car. This coach outlet get easily pack during weekend or weekday, and has a really long que comparing to other outlet such as timberland clark or etc, I spend exactly 22 min just for queing maybe because of the big lot and has extensive collection compare to other Coach's outlet.

Service
Before entering the outlet, we were assisted by nice and friendly door keeper. Upon entering we were told there was some item that are discounted 30% + 40% up to 70%. All other staff were okay, luckily I didnt encounter with bad staff.
Overall 9/10
I have wonderful experience shopping here and manage to grab myself a pair of Thompson sling beg worth RM2,000 and a Coach small bucket bag worth RM2,200 before discount, after discount (__) you gonna need to see there for yourself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super super long queue at Coach. Waited in line for almost 1 hour. If you don't wanna wait, I suggest that you queue as soon as it opens.
On 22nd May, the promotion was 50%+additional 5% for everything in store. Sadly, the bag that I'm looking for is only available at Boutique and the Coach at GPO is an outlet.
Quite worth it in my opinion. Half price for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place can get pack easily during weekends and holidays. The queue can be quite long as there were so many customers want to enter this outlet. The Coach’s collection in Genting Premium Outlet is quite extensive compare to the other Coach’s outlet in Malaysia. Some of the items were sold at discounted price. Our shopping experience were made wonderful as we were assisted by an attentive Coach’s associate named Zaim. As a result, we managed to get an item for ourselves. I am pretty sure we will come back again to this Coach’s outlet as we had a wonderful experience shopping here.
