★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coffee is good. Mee siam is superb! But process is a big letdown. We came for the 2nd time today and went back without drinking any of our drinks. We waited for 30mins for our drinks. Pls improve your process! We complained twice for our delayed coffee and they did NOTHING about it. Sit down with the team and discuss on how to improve. We are seated right in front of the cashier and they qre not observant enough to see that NONE of us has our drinks after 30 mins. Give us a reason to support you guys.
