★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service! I have redeemed Jaffa orange choc before on 27 Jan and this supposed to be blended. Come for the first time and the staff don’t even know this variant exist. Only one staff there and she gave the correct order. Came the second time today, after slide redeem, 5 staff gave us hot variant (saying no blended one for this). Kindly refer to the pic. Then cold brew latte don’t have orange whipped cream at all, they said it is only picture. Apa dey! Nak tutup cepat ke. Layanan teruk.

The staff in charge at the counter was really helpful in terms of getting the exact order and whatnot. The place wasn't crowded, and the drinks were served almost immediately. Plus, they really didn't hold back from putting a lot of whipped cream (love this part especially). ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf although this isn't my favorite one it's certainly not bad, the same excellent selection of breakfast platters and desserts including the best Carrot Cake in the country. Location is perfect in the heart of R&F Mall. The only thing this chain needs to improve is the regular coffee, everything else is great. Oh one other problem: they absolutely must open earlier in the morning, 10 am is just way too late!
