Is this what Bank Negara approves? I recorded the conversation and have strong evidence for this now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad service bad manners of customer service. been passed around to diff2 staff with diff2 bal amt of debts to b cleared off. when staff asked to check and revert the actual bal to clear, no one revert and replied. But when its time to collect debt, 2 to 3 staffs will call with diff2 amount. BAD SERVICE AND BAD MANNERS ESP STAFF NAME KHALID. u shud work as the night club bouncer rather than in cust service line!! so rude!! tis company should just terminate a rude and non-customer service etiquette compliance staff like u!! a debtor that wants to pay of their debt would change their mind of paying it off just because of ur rudeness!! its compulsary to rate if not i would have not give a star at all!! so rude and non etiquette staff and company!!
