★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came on Monday to ask to print some T shirts. The staff say yes no problem we need 5 days to have them printed and I will send you the quote later to confirm. Like few other shops in Penang I cannot get a quote on time (it should take less than 2 min). Then I try to contact by calling, sending email and facebook with no reply. Then I got a text saying the order cannot be done on time. If someone is telling me yes it can be done on time then it should, if not just say no. This is really poor business ethic and do not use their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service. Can't meet deadlines. Been given them extra 1 week and they promised to call me up when visited their shop to collect my stuffs but they never keep their promise. This is really bad. Pls don't visit this printing shop, you will regret. Until now I didn't get my stuffs and I'm don't know how to tell my customer. Tomorrow is my deadline and I don't have enough time to do the printing from other shop. And now they liar to me.
