★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 2nd experiences with columbia Asia Setapak after 1st surgery last feb 2020. First and foremost, I want to thank to Dr. Aminuddin (orthopedic) & nurses for treating me very well as i diagnosed slipped disc L4-L5, L5-S1 and also to physiotherapist (Azie, Syaza, Vicky) as they are concerned about the patients and their needs. The facilities are very good related to room, food cleanliness, delicious healthy foods and especially their white coffee!!! ?? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The admission staff is attentive & helpful ?? The single room is spacious, clean & comfortable, simple amenity kit provided. Cleaners come few times in a day to clear the bin. Just the toilet roll quality could be improved & it would be great if facial tissue could be provided. I like the catering as food is tasty? . The medical team is professional & caring. Just maybe I’m first time admitted & my vein is small, I’m suffering when putting on needles ? The ward is together with laboratory ward, heard babies crying last night? Overall experience quite satisfied, thanks to the doctors & nurses taking care of me? Stay safe always ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my best experience in life whereby i was operated here, and the procedure was so easy,peaceful,and all the doctors plus nurses was so kind to me,they take care of me all the time. their services was good also,the food are delicious,the toilet was clean and so on. Thank you to all the staffs here for taking good care of me✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pretty decent local private hospital which is a bit small compared to other chain hospitals but facilities are very good and staffs well trained and courteous. Lots of in house Specialist consultant doctors serving patients from their very well equipped private clinics. Special mention to Internal Medicine Consultant Dr. Sudarwin and his team for the very caring and informative consultation while I was there.Prices are surprisingly lower compared to most private hospitals and I strongly recommend this hospital as the go to for your specialist care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first appointment with Dr Sudarwin after discharged on 11th feb 22. Dr. Sudarwin gives details explaination about my condition and very friendly. Nurse (Harjinder Kaur) is helpful and nice while asssist me before my appointment with my doctor. Great experience with this hospital. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got admitted here for 4 days because of eye infection. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay. The nurses, Dr Hassan (Ophthalmologist) & hospital staff are all very professional, friendly and caring. Standard single room is comfy and spacious. If you’re admitted, you can park your car and validate the parking ticket when you’re discharged and just pay RM 5.
But the highlight of my stay was actually the food!! All of them are so delicious, almost like 5 star hotel quality haha. Anyway, I really wanna thank all the medical staff for taking care of me. May god bless all of you always and stay safe! ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update : 13 Jan 2022. I was discharged at this hospital since 21Nov2021 and was advised that any refund will be processed and credited to my bank account 3 weeks after dicharge. So I waited patiently. I 1st follow up 20 Dec because I needed money to have physical therapy for my healing, but everytime I call, it is either no one answer or I will be transferred to another line then the line will drop. There was even a time that someone said that they will call me back, but callback was done. I also tried sending an email, I got someone to call me back from cust ser but after that no follow up. What is going on? I spent money calling and being ignored. Following up is causing me stress and anxiety. Until now no refund. I know that it is not a big amount, but for foreigners like me, small amount counts. So bad.
A very well maintained hospital.
Very clean. Cool. Facilities are new (or atleast well maintained). Rooms are good as well. Staff, nurses and doctors are all nice and friendly. There was just a time that it took a while for the nurses to find my vein so that they can draw blood, so I needed to endure multiple needles in different places from different nurses, but they were very applogetic about it, so it's okay.
They also a cafe wherein you can order your food, and food is not bad. There are also a lot of food places nearby it.
I just wish that the COVID testing is available quicker. In my case, I needed to wait for a few hours to have a PCR, because it started 3PM (I was there morning). It would've been a smooter admission if it was available the whole day.
Update : 18Nov - I was admitted again. 2nd flr rm 97C the wifi is weak at this area. Hope it can be better.

I came here to get my booster shot. At the time of writing, they are administering Pfizer boosters. Yes, they entertain walk-in to get the vaccination.
They are open for vaccination from Monday to Friday, 9am - 12 noon, if I'm not mistaken.
You will be asked to wait outside, and proceed from one station to another for registration.
It was rather quick and hassle-free. The status will be updated on your app immediately once you completed the vaccination.
