★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure the lady at the counter is the proprietor or worker. She is rather stuck-up and impatient. Shop carry good stocks but the lady at the cash counter need to be more friendly.
Addendum: Recently the lady at the counter seems to have mend her ways. She is more friendly and helpful now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time went to this shop. I am frm SP. There was an uncle (quite old) but vry polite towards customers. He greeted me with a smile. He also explained about the dog food that I wanted to buy and gave discounts as well. Hope all the staffs can give the same hospitality towards customers. Thank you uncle.
