Ended up coming empty handed (so embarrassing). But Ms Lim is very sweet she offered to print out my document. Service is very efficient! Would highly recommend to anyone requiring her service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am utterly dissastified with the service by Ms. Lim Pek Kee. As i reached her office, i thought i could go in but turned out she locked the door. As i stood by the door, she gave me instructions but her voice could hardly be heard. She was not only rude to me, but she raised her voice as if she was SCOLDING me when the fact i was just asking her to repeat what she was saying as it wasn't clear. She opened the door, and while i was taking out my documents, she raised her voice and asked me to put the documents on the table outside the office and also my IC on top. She used sign language using her hands and expect people to understand what she was saying. She also gave me the stern,grumpy and unwelcoming face throughout. She was wearing double mask + plastic shield but it's common that people can tell from the way she rolled her eyes, her body language and how she talked. No politeness at all.
The SOP seemed strange to people who haven't been there to be honest. It's not that i could not accept the SOP, but she should have made it clear and put big sign or what not so that people will not get confused and she doesn't need to yell or raise her voice to create misunderstanding.
She should know better as I believe she should have been handling many other deponents who have walked in before.
After the documents stamping done, she asked me for RM4 and while i was taking out the cash, she asked me rudely "do you have e-wallet'' and i refused to say yes as she sounded a little demanding. She didnt even say thank you and took the money and left without a word. I didnt demand her to say thank you but please show nice gesture. Also, pls acknowledge people dont expect you to take off mask and smile or what not. Just treat them nicely and talk politely. that will do.
