★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to stay for students, especially on a budget. The common open area is amazing to relax, destress and workout even. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for students looking for accomodations outside campus ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building has the worst management that I have ever experienced. They use tenants and owners to take advantage of them at any time. Since the rooms are share and the management is the one who rents the house, they give this permission to set rules for your own house! When you don't lock your own house, they even charge you 10rm! Which is not their business. They also charge you for losing the 150rm access card, which is much more expensive than other condos. And they ruined the developers minimal design for selling their product to the owner that is very useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous building development. After living here for around 6 months, it became very clear that this place was a rushed job. Air cons constantly leaking (despite rarely using it), the sinks get clogged very easily, and the kitchen sink pipe just fell out! Even a retarded fish knows not to use plywood for a pipe. 10/10 for incompetency, 0/10 for livability. DO NOT live here.

From Sales to administration as well as handover, our interaction with the teams and management personnel has been so good. A special thanks to Ms.Kylie for being so helpful and quick response to all our queries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful & responsive management who’s willing to work till night for the tenants.
The issue all came from the tenant who is not following house rules. We totally understand that the management couldn’t do anything when the tenant is lying. However, we really would like to suggest the office to justify what is heavy and light cooking.
For us, boiling & steaming are considered light cooking. Other than that, it’s considered as heavy cooking which should be done at level 5 sharing kitchen.
But, once again, we would like to thank this management lady who had tried her best to solve the problem for us. Thank you.
