★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having trouble to schedule a pickup with them on a weekend as they say they don’t do pickups on weekends eventhough in their website it is stated that they work on a Saturday. I said ok to a weekday pickup and requested it be 730pm because I have work and will only be available at my apartment at that time they said no because “no reason for driver to wait” I also recommended to do an early pickup at 7am before I leave for work and still it’s a no.. then they said I contact a different organisation. I am sad that this is how they handle people that want to help them with donations.. I was expecting more..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called on Sat to arrange for pick up of items for donation but nobody answered. Instead I received a WhatsApp reply after 11pm on Sun. When I asked whether pick up can be done on Tue, my message went answered. I tried calling today and my call still went unanswered. Not responsive at all and helpful at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so nervous to engage with CRC because there’s a review saying that the driver didn’t turn up but I guess thanks to the review, CRC took the constructive criticism positively - they sent me a reminder and the details of the driver a day before the pickup. The driver himself, AJ called me as early as 9am on the pickup day to inform me that he’ll be at my place around 12pm but will call again when he’s on the way which he did. Thank you for doing what you guys do CRC!
