โ โ โ โ โ Stayed at Condo DSvoy (Nov 2021) because we got stuck in a traffic jam otw to KL. TLDR: Dont stay here - even when you're desperate.. (Block 4)
- Reception looked clueless, not trained to handle customers
- Toilet was dirty with hair on the floor, animal droppings in the storeroom, kitchen
- room smelled musty
- furniture looks depressing
- Reception couldn't even recommend a place for us to have dinner...
We ended leaving because sleeping in a dirty room was too dangerous in our view.
Things to note: These condos are owned by individuals, hence each room looks different. AFamosa hotel was closed. We initially went to the AFamosa clubhouse and the reception there didnt event know where Condo DSavoy was. AVOID. Dont be fooled by the reviews that are more than a few months old.

โ โ โ โ โ The stay was comfortable and the condo air cond was cold. But the place may need refurbishment as it is quite an old building. There was tissue in the bath tub and the mattress was quite hard. On the floor where i stay, there was even no light when we got out of the lift, it was very dark and scary. I thought we were at wrong floor. When i call the room service they said the light will only turn on at 7pm. It was just bad experience and the lift button would not light up when we press it. My family need to press it continously till we heard the lift was going up. The lift also in bad condition, my wife was hit by the lift door as the mechanism to stop the door wasnt functional. The management need to really check the building for safety.

โ โ โ โ โ I came here for family vacation for 1 night stay.The apartment was like a oldest building.Its really feel creepy to stay here.Somemore ..there was poor water flow..and smells bad when we turn on the aircond.I really don't feel like to stay here anymore.

โ โ โ โ โ The location is nice as long as you have transportation to go in and out of it. Doesnt hv a shuttle to get you to A Famosa Outlet and it can be pretty far from the clubhouse

โ โ โ โ โ Hot water kettle was spoiled, waited for 3-4 hours for staff to replace one, my baby was crying for so long, waiting hot water to make milk! Air-conditioner in 1 room was spoiled! One toilet was defect, cannot be used. Street light was not turned on at the junction at guard house, no traffic light there too, many car accident happened when cars turning in. Cracked bath tub!
The space in apartment was OK. Number of bed is enough. Like the bar design in dining room. Very near to a-famosa's water park & safari wonderland. The parking was OK, just have some unused things thrown there, wasted 1-3 parking lots. Balcony was big, but not so clean.

โ โ โ โ โ it was a bit confusing during booking because we thought that the condo is near the actually afamosa lobby (where the breakfast was served in buffet) but the condo is actually a bit far. there are alot of airbnb too within this condo. the room cleanliness could be better the kitchen is dusty. other than that it's bearable. each room has 2 twin beds, we booked the three bedrooms condo. oh i forgot, the shower room is dirty but the hot water pressure is great. so need to clean up more ya. and most of the dining table chairs are broken and about to break, need to fix/change. location wise, it is a 5 minutes drive from this condo to safari and water park. so it's great. the first breakfast was a pre-pack foods; nasi lemak, american breakfast and noodles. the second morning was served buffet. great experience thanks

โ โ โ โ โ For the price you will end up paying, the villas and property is very average. They donโt share the actual villa pictures with you. Unless you book a fenced villa like how we did, the other villas have pools which are very open and u will have no privacy at all. There is absolutely nothing around in the vicinity where you can grab food or some beverages. The place where they arrange breakfast is again so far.
The buffet breakfast is below average.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice place. Very good and helpful front desk staff. Books 2 unit 2 bedroom apartment. One unit in relatively good condition but another not so good and not clean enough. Very old curtain and sofa, crack bathtub and bird droppings at the balcony. However, a nice buffet breakfast.
