★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased one unit in 2019 from a doctor..moved in January 2020..initially i wanted to rent it out or make it AirBnB (as asset) but was told by JMB the unit cant be rented out as homestay or airbnb (short term stay). At first i was perplexed but when i stayed in Jan 20 (planned to stay for 3months only before renting it out), i really enjoyed the environment.it is so serene, peaceful, calm and convinient residential place to stay.never have i been to any highrise residential area which units are mostly tenanted but the environment is so quiet and peaceful, not of hustle and bustle.in terms of maintenance yes the fee quite pricey but i dont mind paying because the area is very well maintained.so, it is worth every penny and i end up living in the condo till now and not renting it out..
